General

1. These Conditions of Sale are for all customers.

2. Goods are subject to availability

3. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.

Prices and Payment

4. Prices are in pounds sterling.

5. We accept payment by cheque or Paypal which has the facility for you to pay by debit/credit card.

Delivery

6. Items will normally be delivered within 2-7 days of clearance of payment, subject to the service chosen.

7. We offer the full range of Royal Mail security for your order upon request.

8. Shipping in the UK will be via Royal Mail. Shipping overseas will be via Airmail. We follow Royal Mail's standard procedures for tracking deliveries in the event of items being delivered late or being lost. 

Returns

9. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are happy with all relevant details before placing an order. We will normally accept a return within 7 days providing that the item is returned unaltered in any way.

10. The item is your responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the item using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Service on our website may be interrupted occasionally and errors may occur.
